ABOUT DANZEISEN DAIRY BUTTER CLASS
Join us for a hands-on butter making session where you get to take home the fruits of your labor! Each session includes a pint of heavy cream (including a bottle deposit), a butter jar, 1-hour access to mixers and utensils, and disposable gloves. You'll also receive the buttermilk produced during the process (bring your own container or use the pint provided).
Participants are paired up to share mixers, unless you come with a friend or family member in which case your partner is the friend or family member. You're free to purchase extra cream and jars to make as much butter as you'd like within the hour—just be considerate and share the equipment with your partner if they're making extra too!
We handle all the cleanup so you can fully enjoy the make-and-take experience.
Optional costs include:- Additional Cream: $4.99 (plus $2 bottle deposit, refundable upon return)
- Additional butter jars: $1 (feel free to bring your own containers)
